February 19: Guided Interaction, “Who We Are”

Get ready for an eye-opening look at who women, the females of our species, have been since the dawn of time. This unique overview will show you the equality and power women have held across human history – and reveal the disruption that led the world astray only 3,500 years ago.
Above all, learn why our true story matters – and how to put it to use as you move forward.

February 26: Women Today

Learn the facts about our leadership value, importance in decision-making and politics, economic impact, and essential contributions to the world today. There’s plenty of good news, yet there’s a dark side we all need to know: how our clout gets diluted by the financial, medical, political, and social status quo.
Fun stuff? No. Yet knowledge is power, and knowing how we get lost in the system can help point the way to a better path forward. Those next steps are what we’ll explore in this session.
Your second on-demand module, POWER LEAKS (AND HOW TO CLOSE THEM) will launch on this day.
March 5: Guided Interaction, “Power Leaks”

Too many of us leak our power, diluting both our positive impact and our sense of satisfaction. Learn how and why this happens – and how you can close the leaks and step up to more authentic, meaningful ways of showing up in the world.
We’ll explore five all-to-common ways that power leaks away, and learn in-the-moment practices that shift us back to more strength, authenticity, and confidences across a range of real-world circumstances. You’ll receive follow-up practices and “how tos” you can print out and pin to your vision board or anywhere else to prime your mind to remember.
March 12: Banishing the Imposter

Face the truth about Imposter Syndrome; why it rises, how it affects women, and what works – really works – to head it off at the pass.
You’ll practice proven methods for shutting the Imposter down, learning to recognize it early so you can steer clear of the stress and diminishment it all too often delivers.
On-demand Module Three, THE FEMALE BRAIN will be available today.

Get ready for inspiration with a groundbreaking guest speaker: a woman of impact creating a positive ripple effect in the world and for women like you. You’ll have the chance to meet, learn from, and interact with her, gaining both inspiration and actionable mindsets and tips. March 19: Guided Interaction, “The Female Brain”

Dive deeper into the unique capabilities of the female brain – in ways that help you lean in to its powers and also give insights into male brains, and why our ways are as different as they often are.

April 2: Guided Interaction, “Setting Your Vision”

Plan on gaining new clarity for your vision in a supportive, interactive session. Working together, we’ll take first steps toward our initial Vision Plans, encouraging each other to step up – maybe more than ever before – and elevate the talents and impact we know we’re here to offer.

April 9: Guided Interaction, “You and Your Words”

Self Talk, the language of limitation, the words that set you back: words are messengers that deliver much more than meaning. Often, they deliver unconscious beliefs along with the literal messages they convey. Using words to gain insight to those beliefs is a powerful tool for change. In this session we’ll practice easy, actionable “language hacks” that shift your unconscious mind from limitation to abundance, simply by upgrading your words.
A short learning module, “THE STORY OF YOU,” ships today, guiding an inspiring exercise to prepare for our April 16 session.
April 16: Guided Interaction, “The Story of You”
via Zoom; 11am-12:15pm PST
Today’s session will be so much fun you may not realize how powerful it is. You’ll spend time in small groups, introducing and activating your “future self” in a way that invites a surprising benefit: an inspiring guide you can access as you walk the path ahead.
This exercise is rooted in both neuroscience and psychology, along with a few other frameworks – yet it’s playful, connecting, and deeply enjoyable. You’ll feel the shift once you’ve completed it, and you’ll leave with ways to keep the inspiration alive.
You’ll receive your final on-demand module, BUILDING THE VISION, today.
April 23: Guided Interaction, “Building Your Vision”

Dynamic, idea-activating exchanges will guide your Vision Plan to the next level, giving you everything you need to complete your final steps in crafting a vision you’ll be invited to share in our interactive Vision Gallery during our final week. You’ll also be invited to drop in for one of several office hours sessions I’ll be offering this week – great ways to gain clarity on your final steps as this course draws to a close, or to discuss anything else that’s arisen during the transformational journey we’ve shared.

Weekly sessions will be one hour and 15 minutes long.
Expect to spend about 30 minutes each week on exercises and activities guiding new mindsets and skills.
On-demand modules will drop every other week (alternate weeks). These will range between 30 and 60 minutes in length.
You’ll also receive guided practices for each week, including journaling or planning exercises, recorded meditations, and more. -
